Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful old home with lovely views and walking areas. The dining was rather expensive though and the cottage we stayed in needed an update.

What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Lovely peaceful area, barely noticed the train that went passed . Loads of wardrobe space and cabinets to store our belongings in. Bed was comfortable and lovely fresh bedding and pillows. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Very clean and modern decor. Ample car parking spaces. Breakfast was of a good quality.
Fantastic apartment with all mod cons. Comfortable seating area with massive TV. Well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Nice bathroom with power shower. Comfortable bedroom with plenty of space for clothes storage. Charming decking area to relax and listen to the river babbling along.
Bethesda itself is a lovely little town. Tesco Express, Chinese takeaway, Fish and Chips, Cafe and Pub all very close by.
Wonderful place in the heart of Snowdonia.
Modern, refurbished room. Room 6, small double so not spacious, but that's what I expected, but it had everything I needed. Maybe a bit cramped for 2. Good shower, socket by the bed, full length mirror, lots of storage. In fact better equipped than many larger rooms in bigger hotels! I'd definitely return. Good food at dinner, huge portions of "gastro pub" type dishes. Excellent cooked breakfast. No fresh fruit which was disappointing, but the usual cereals, yoghurt, toast.
Proper B&B with a lived in, homely feel, a lounge to relax in, easy to come and go as you please. Bryan is a friendly host, good breakfast with plenty of choice. The property is perfectly situated in a small village with local pub. It is close to cycle and foot paths, and a short drive to all the nearby mountains, castles, restaurants and the Zip World Quarry.
The breakfast offerings were delightful, with a variety of options to suit different tastes and dietary preferences. From freshly baked pastries to hearty hot dishes. The quality of the food was excellent, and the dining area provided a welcoming atmosphere to start the day. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail in the room's decor and furnishings contributed to a pleasant and inviting ambiance.
Relaxed atmosphere. Lovely place to stay. Plenty of parking spaces. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice view of the straits.
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and well cooked.
As they were looking after a coach tour we could not be accommodated in the 1884 restaurant. So the staff advised us to try an Italian restaurant by the pier. I am glad we did as it was excellent. Lots of choice and only 10mins walk.
The pod was very clean and more spacious than expected. It was located in a beautiful area of the grounds. It was very quiet and you are distant from the nearest pod. The hot tub was amazing to use and very relaxing. The staff were really friendly and the food at the bar & grill was fantastic. would definitely recommend to friends
Nice spacious rooms, good sized modern bathrooms, excellent wi-fi, relaxed check in & nice breakfast in a room with wonderful views of the Menai Straits. Accommodating in sorting us an early breakfast on the first morning. Lovely place to stay in the heart of Bangor. Free parking which is always a bonus.
