The property has a lovely location with a view of the lake. The owners live on site so are available if needed. It was perfectly clean and very modern. The kitchen was well set up and the bathroom was lovely. There is a nice outdoor area to relax in. Parking is conveniently located on the other side of the road. We really enjoyed our stay there.
Apartment was modern, clean and in a good location for us as we wanted to be within easy reach of Annecy but also quiet if we wanted to relax by the lake. The local lake beach was ideal only a 10 minute stroll away.
The location is superb, overlooking the lake. It was easy to access the keys as the host provided us with the key code. Kitchen had all the necessary equipment. Bedroom kept cool whilst it was hot outside as it was at the back of the property. Clean and tidy. Plenty of space to park outside too. Also, it was an easy drive to Chamonix.
This was a beautiful place to park ourselves for our time in Annecy. Loved the location. 10 mins to Annecy, 10 mins to Talloires and any time spent relaxing in the house was a joy with those stunning views of the lake and mountains.
Spacious, clean, stylish, comfortable, well equipped, great location (15 mins from Annecy old town, 10 mins from Talloires), stunning views! The flat is truly gorgeous and the beds are large and comfortable. Our host, Alexandre, was extremely helpful, easy to contact and friendly.
Very well equipped and the location is top! The owner got maximum from this space, of course. It has a proper kitchen, high quality appliances, all is brand new and very clean. Nearby you can find the best beach of Annecy, beautiful views, supermarkets, great boulangerie, pizza, etc. An outdoor terrace is very pleasant! A dishwasher and the washing machine are so handy.
Great location, fantastic view. comfortable bed, good breakfast and excellent restaurant.
