Location and views were amazing. Room was beautiful. The service of all the staff was very good. The spa was the best I’ve been to with a heated pool, great sauna, plunge pool and jacuzzi.

The apartment was lovely and very spacious. Lots of natural light and all the amenities that you would require from this space. In a beautiful location close to the castle and close to local restaurants and of course the lake. Bakery and local Casino nearby for all the food shopping you require and easily accessible by bus or car from Annecy. Multitude of beaches to choose from nearby.
The hotel is located in a superb garden on the shore of the lake. The rooms have picture perfect views of lake and mountains and the spa/pool/lakeside facilities are excellent. The breakfast room has a beautiful view. It was a real pleasure to eat there. We came for a wedding held in the garden, next to the lake. The hotel staff were competent, helpful and friendly thoughout the ceremony and the evening dinner. The quality of the cocktail service and dinner catering was excellent.
We had the most incredible stay in the penthouse suite for our honeymoon! The staff were amazing and so welcoming, and the room was out of this world - we never wanted to leave! The spa was fantastic and we treated ourselves to a couples massage too which was amazing! We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be making it an annual trip!
The place is nice, the person who greet us at the main gate into the parking space gave us great first impression. The garden is nice and facility is decent. Room is on par of expectation, yet we have little episode during our stay.
The personnel in the breakfast area is also nice. ;)
The location is stunning, at the heart of lake Annecy. The hotel has a private beach and very good spa facilities which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Also, from there you can get access to very nice hiking trails, make a tour around the lake by bycicle or go for walks through the cozy villages nearby. The restaurant and bar are also very good.
A very special guest house indeed and we were made to feel most welcome. The house itself is full of character and immaculately presented with spacious clean rooms and all the amenities you would expect. We especially enjoyed the peace and quiet and having access to the very beautiful and tranquil gardens. Breakfast was enjoyed at the top of the property with views out over lake Annecy.
