Super cute room for a romantic weekend. The large jacuzzi tub and sauna take up most of the room, but there was a small kitchen- well equipped with small eating bar and balcony. Wonderful location in town. The host provided clear directions as it was difficult to find if you did not know where to look. We took advantage of the massage in room and it was one of the best massages I have ever had.

Everything about MeAndYou-HammamEtSpa was exceptional!
The host was very kind to let us check-in a bit earlier. Because it was a special occasion for us, for a modest fee of 50€, he arranged flowers, chocolates and decorated the room. He walked us through how everything in the house had to be operated. Finally, he continued to remain responsive and reachable via phone and WhatsApp during our stay.
As for the accommodation, it was amazing - super-comfortable beds, extra-large sofas and the best part - a grand jacuzzi! Everything that you would find in the house has been very well thought of. There is enough room for extra guests just in case, the lightings were soft on the eyes, TV provided not just in the living room but also where the jacuzzi was, dehumidifier to let the steam get out once we were done with hammam, etc.
Every Euro spent for this accommodation was worth it!

We booked a suite for a very reasonable price and it was delightful as well as being a very quiet area of the large hotel . The bathroom was large with a good walk in shower and a separate toilet which is so rare in hotels but such a good idea .
The property is almost in the village but surrounded by vineyards . So incredibly easy to stroll into the village and enjoy the restaurants . The tour buses are all gone by about 6 pm so the village is empty apart from locals and the hotel guests.
Hotel Le Ménestrel is located on the wine route in Ribeauvillé, 500 metres from the historic district. It offers a spa centre and a garden with terrace overlooking the vineyard.

Ideally suited for exploring Alsace and surrounds, especially to wander into Ribeauvillé, the local town! We had apartment “Cigogne”, situated separately from main hotel, felt very homely!

Nice hotel with a great restaurant in the center of the picturesque old town, we've got the Loft room, which felt more like a three rooms connected by a long corridor at the very top of the building. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were fine. The dinner at the restaurant was very good, plenty of choice and high quality food. Great selection of wines too. There is a free parking nearby the hotel, which was very convenient. There are some nice hiking routes that start around the corner from the hotel.

It is a really wonderful hotel situated in the heart of town. The rooms are clean and comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast is great and friendly staff. They have a sauna and steam room. All considered this is excellent value.
Breakfast was ok, we missed having some warm food (scrambled eggs, toasted bread, warm croissants). The location was really nice, rooms cozy and spacious. Woukd have been nice to have Netflix
The location of the hotel was very good. The balcony was comfortable and spacious but there were people on the other side of the partition who were clearly very sick and coughed continuously for hours out there. Couldn't enjoy sitting out there listening to that. Plus of course the cigarette smoke drifting over our way and into our room because we needed to keep our door open just to get some air circulating in the room so we could breathe a little. Bathroom was clean and the shower was adequate. Coffee in the breakfast area was ok.
Clean, modern hotel in the heart of Kaysersberg. The Spa and breakfast are a super nice treat! Right in the heart of town, perfect for exploring the surrounding vineyards.
The hosts were were friendly and flexible. We had a stay in the Roulotte/caravan that was very cosy and wonderful. Definitely a place to stay in Kayserberg. The Roulotte is small but has a very comfortable bed and a seperate bath room with shower. The pictures tell you exactly what it is. If you do not like a small space this is not for you. The hosts were very friendly and flexible. The breakfast was full of local products. A little gem in Kayserberg
