We hadn't realised the whole space was on the water, which was a nice surprise. It's the most peaceful lovely location.

Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Great, quiet location. The boat doesn't look particularly big from outside but actually quite spacious inside. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.
Our second stay on this wonderful houseboat. It's really close to the town centre but very peaceful and quiet. Lovely views of the water while sitting on the deck with a glass of wine (which you can buy from the guest fridge at a very reasonable price).

The hotel is a little dated but comfortable and in a good position very close to the pedestrianised centre of Dole. Our room and bathroom were a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a simple breakfast in the bar of the hotel for €8.
Because of roadworks the hotel’s parking was inaccessible but there is a public parking area across the road which is free. Spaces were in short supply but we managed to find parking there which was very convenient. We ate at Le Grévy, next door and had an excellent meal.
Lovely host, great breakfast, good parking, good surprisingly big room presented well, nice upper deck to sit out on in the evening although could be cleaned a bit more regularly which is difficult for an outdoor space. 10 min lovely stroll to centre.
Very friendly and helpful staff (but could only speak french). Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. One restaurant nearby (walking distance in a few minutes). Spacious parking. Breakfast simple but ok.
The location is not great but the hotel created an oasis of outdoor space that is charming and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated and the decor throughout the bar and restaurants combines contemporary and traditional wonderfully, including sculpture and art.
Location. Bedroom with lots of sockets and USB points. Comfortable bed. Evening meal was exceptional. Good continental breakfast. Nice decking area to relax.
Cheerful welcome for both us and two spaniels (one a very excitable 8 month old puppy)
They were welcome in the restaurant and had some green spaces to explore.
