The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. The location is a short wal’ to the cathedral—very convenient. members of the staff were pleasant and exceptionally helpful. We had a car issue and they were willing and able to help us.

When we arrived we were made feel very welcome. The receptionist was so helpful, friendly and good humoured as was the porter. He parked our car and brought our luggage up to the room. They set a high standard for our visit and we weren’t let down. The spa was very relaxing after a long day walking. Breakfast was good as expected. The bar is very cosy with a good atmosphere, particularly when watching France play rugby and win in the world cup.

No breakfast as it was not included although a bottle of cider, peanuts and candy was available. Coffee, tea, sugar and ice cubes were ready for our use. Refrigerator and freezer were large enough for a week's stay. The location was great as it was close to restaurants, shopping and only one block from the room. Host communicated well.
