The central location of our residence will allow you to quickly access the thermal centre (10 minutes on foot) and the ski lifts of the ski resort (5 minutes on foot).The residence has a balneo of 400m². An indoor complex including: a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam, a sensory corridor and an ice fountain. The hotel has its own bar and restaurant where you can enjoy the local gastronomy, served as an all-you-can-eat buffet, during your breakfasts and dinners. A children's playground and a covered car park complete our services to make your stay more enjoyable. Most of our accommodations are equipped with a kitchenette to facilitate the organization of your days and preserve a total independence. Comfortable and functional, they are suitable for individuals, couples, friends or families.

They have comfortable family rooms with a kitchenette ( and with a door between bedrooms, so you can expect some privacy) and excellent SPA complex. Fair price, tasty breakfast and dinner. We come to this hotel not the first time, because it offers really good price with thermal SPA included, and they improve rooms by making some renovations. Very clean. There is a big free of charge parking in a few minutes walking distance, Cauterets town by itself is charming and cozy. There is a supermarket in a few minutes, bistro with pizza and a market with some food made-to-go, so You have plenty of options. The funicular is also very close to the hotel, so there is always a choice of activities. What I really love is their SPA, it is not that big, but very cozy and well equipped. They also have good quality toiletries in their SPA.

Traveling in the shoulder season when mountain resort towns are closing down, it was a treat to have a kitchenette. The hotel is in center of town with free parking all around. The staff was friendly, kind and extremely professional.

Location is great, you can reach Cauterets center in two minutes. The street is very nice and the views are beautiful. The apartment is pretty, it’s in a very good shape. The place is spacious and comfy, very well equipped (except bedsheets, towels, and… toilet paper): there’s a microwave, a small dishwasher, a washing machine, pots and other kitchen stuff.

Location was super. Quiet but very easy and quick to get to the centre of Cauterets. Well equipped apartment - ideal for our family of 3 although it would be a squeeze for a bigger group. Apartment was perfect for a short stay and we loved the town of Cauterets and the surrounding area. We used the pool in the complex and had it to ourselves! We would certainly stay here again.
