What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Super stylish, yet comfortable apartment. The hosts obviously endeavour to give their guests the best possible experience. The bathrooms were luxurious and the kitchen very well equipped, there was even a Fondue set and a Raclette machine. The ski in ski out experience was a luxury and the views from the apartment indeed breathtaking. Hope we’ll be able to go again next season.
Location, spacious room, amazing views, comfy bed, lovely sofa area, warm, clean and tidy apartment with a great balcony. Nice kitchen with good selection of cooking utensils. Nice and quiet, didn't hear much from other rooms.
Great location! So easy to get to the slopes and back. Not far from the bus stop. Close to restaurants and bars as well as the supermarket. The outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna were a nice place to relax after a hard day's snowboarding. The apartment had great views of the mountain and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The locker on the ground floor was a good place to store our snowboards. Nick (one of the hosts) was very responsive to all communication and gave us some great advice. I can't recommend them enough!
The location is amazing with genuine ski in and ski out. It's beside some really nice restaurants and 1950 is a lovely little village, much more family friendly or less crazy party which was ideal for us

The washing machines (free), sauna and jacuzzi are also a huge plus
The studio apartment is beautifully furnished. The supply of towels, slippers, and dressing gowns makes it feel like a luxury hotel. The apartment and location are everything you need for a relaxing ski in ski out holiday. The hot tub, steam, and sauna wellness area was clean and very relaxing after a day's skiing
This place is amazing. Excellent location (couldn't be better). Apartment was beautiful with an amazing view - It was clean, spacious and airy. The kitchen was equiped really well with modern appliances and everyhing you could possibly need. The bathrooms were of very high spec with powerful showers. Excellent sauna and steam room which went down well after a day skiing. The manager was extremely helpful in answering our questions. I am very fussy about where we stay and couldn't recommend this place enough.
Amazing apartment with modern furniture and cozy atmosphere within the hotel Refuge du Montagnard with a perfect view, balcony, heating, bath, ski in / ski out and locker for equipment. Lot's of plates, glasses, coffee machine, candles - everything for a comfortable stay. Extremely quiet room, enough space to relax and put clothes, great wi-fi connection. Sauna, hammam, inside&outside pool are included. Definitely a place where you want to come back.
