All staff are friendly and kindly, facilities are up to expectations. The food there is also fantastic. Although it might not be amazing, but considering that Tokoriki is just an island, the food there is much better that what we had on other islands.
The farewell ceremony is something we haven’t expected. They not only gave us their heartfelt gratitude for our staying at their hotel and sang us their local songs to wish us a safe journey home, all the staff also shook our hands or hugged us one by one. This is really touching and we can feel that they have been treating us with their genuine hospitality.
One staff member we would like to thank in particular is NAVO (from landscaping dept I assume). He gave us a tour around the premise, which was full of knowledge and their Fijian wisdom. He showed us different kinds of fruit trees grown at Sheraton, and the kinds of leaves they would use for their herbal medicine. We also learned quite a lot of Fijian way of life. We are truly grateful for all the things he shared with us.
Matamanoa Island offers a secluded adults-only retreat in the stunning Mamanuca Islands. You can relax in the infinity-edge pool or enjoy the sunset views with a cocktail at the bar.

Lovely pool and plenty of beds and loungers. Beautiful views from there and the restaurant. Accomodation to a high standard, comfy bed and quality towels and bed linen. Kept very clean accom and tidy by Julie and Lavenia. There are well maintained natural gardens with an abundance of flowers during our visit. There is a varied menu and in my experience I found the Chefs to be very good and versatile. Excellent staff in the restaurant with Melea, Viri and Salame going the extra mile with a smile. A nice relaxed atmosphere. Reception are helpful with David and there is a small shop. Dive shop offers an array of dive sites and courses which we can also highly recommend.and many trips to other islands and snorkelling trips. A variety of non motorised water activities along with an activity board with daily updates. ie cooking, basket weaving type things. It's a great place to relax.

Amazing stay. The kids club is epic, the staff are so beautiful and friendly, they were the highlight of our trip. Special shout out to Sili - best beach cocktails ever.
Food was good. The kids had a ball and so did the parents.

What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Amazing place to get a break from your busy life. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. Loved their chicken nachos, so good.
Good variety of cocktails to choose from and very yummy.
A must do is the sunset view up the helipad. Such a great view, just makes you soak in all the beauty.
Room was very clean and housekeeping was great. We had a room with plunge pool, good place to relax the night away.
The island is just magic!! We loved so many aspects.

The welcome and farewell experience was lovely, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. So quiet and relaxing, dinner and the show was delicious and fun. There were so many fun activities to do! All staff were friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and wished we had booked it for longer!
Beautiful Island resort with traditional Fijian style architecture which we loved. Lovely friendly very helpful staff…loved the tropical garden environment, spacious beachside bures ….and the champagne breakfasts! Will stay there again some day.
The resort was beautiful and located right at the beach. Great views from the pool and lots of activities to do around the resort. The staff was incredible and took care of every needs. The breakfast was really good too.
The resort also has spa to relax yourself and gym to keep you active. Overall a wonderful place to spend few days with your family
It’s a beautiful location and the staff are so incredibly helpful and lovely. It was raining heavily while we were there so they had to deal with a lot of the guests being inside a lot of the time. The activities were great and I can highly recommend the massages at the retreat spa.
Out of the food — the breakfast buffet was good and some of the dinner buffet also quite good.
Friendly, helpful & courteous staff made our stay enjoyable and the best. Thank you Esa, Iva, Ana, Ani, Dean just to name a few. Breakfast pastries, pancakes etc excellent varieties with excellent gluten free options. A massage whilst on Tokoriki island is a must. Laite & Senimili will give you the best relaxation during an hour massage. Definitely a must.
