Great location for first-timers. Access to food places & groceries was handy as was being able to use the marina. Prices here were cheaper than other resorts. The apartment was very spacious & had all the facilities as described. We had a peaceful view looking out over a part of the golf course. The pool area was adequate. Staff were prompt in their helpfulness when we had any minor problems.

Staff were great. Breakfast and in-house restaurant was good. However for an Accor hotel it is very outdated. The facilities and rooms need an update asap.

This resort is well set up with relaxing areas to sit and enjoy the ocean breeze. Rooms were very comfortable and large with very comfy beds. We absolutely loved the adult pool and hot spa. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options. The restaurant food was great quality but very busy and needed booking.
We really enjoyed the exclusive beach club access, massages and the buffet breakfast. The staff were lovely and very accommodating especially the poolside service. The seafood restaurant food was really good.
Very lovely resort. lots of breakfast options to cater to all tastes and ages. Large pool with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Fun kids slide. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very friendly staff, and great kids club with lots of different activities. Easy to get transport to the port or other resorts. Would stay here again.
The Waitui Club and the pool is breathtaking! The staff is very, very friendly and asked for things to improve constantly. The Club offers a lot of extras as canapes, mocktails, pool towels, sunscreen, sunglases. Included massage was amazing! Included laundry service was a plus and things came back ironed and nicely place in the closet. Breakfast outstanding in variety! Luxury all over. I would happily book again.

Breakfasts were awesome- lots of variety. Our room had a great view and was quiet. The adult only pool was lovely- beautiful location. Massages at the outdoor Bure were very relaxing. Staff very friendly and obliging.
We stayed at the Waitui Beach Club for our honeymoon/babymoon. It was an absolute dream. The weather was spectacular, beautiful sunsets and the staff were so lovely! We enjoyed all of the complimentary services included in the room rate which included breakfast at the beach club, drinks and canapés throughout the day (there's also more!). We had a couples massage at the spa which was lovely. The food at the Waitui Beach Club was delicious, it was our favourite restaurant at the Sofitel. We thoroughly recommend staying here!
The staff were exceptionally welcoming and our room was upgraded. The kids had a ball doing all of the activities by the pool. The day spa was outstanding, one of the most luxurious facials I've ever had. Champagne included in the buffet breakfast.
2nd time at this property, and we will be back.
Fijian staff are amazing they create the most relaxed happy atmosphere. Adults pool perfect temp and loved cocktails and food being served to us with a big Fijian smile, shout out to Oswald (Aussie) we love you. Restaurants great, resort everything you needed, 2 amazing massages at Harmony Spa five stars for the whole holiday
