The hotel was a beautiful conversion. It was super clean, our room was large with very comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom. The spectaculer views from the room were far reaching. Breakfast was delicious, a variety of fruits, cheeses, meats, omelette, bread and cake, all freshly prepared and served individually by the owner. Secure parking for our motorcycles was very welcome. We would definitely recommend.

We loved every minute of our stay with Rosa & Lorenzo. From the minute we walked through the door they made us feel welcome in their lovely home.
We have little to no Spanish and they have little English but hey, we had such a fun time with Lorenzo's talking interpreter gadget and Google translate, It was delightful. Even Lorenzo's mum made us feel at home. Rosa's cooking is exceptional and we would love to return one day and spend more time in their charming village.

We had a superior bedroom and the headboard was carved wood. The window had a nice view. Breakfast was a reasonable selection. Though they cannot cook scrambled eggs or cook bacon. Avoid the a la carte breakfast and stick to.the.cold buffet.

Stunning hotel, the town centre is a short walk with lots of friendly bars and shops. Breakfast was varied but the hot bacon was cold?maybe that’s how it is in Spain?

It's a restored castle so it is a great start and it is in Siguenza one of my favourite Spanish towns, full of character and charm. Comfortable, clean rooms and good facilities with an amazing restaurant serving good food. Generous choice for breakfast.
