The location is perfect for the airport or the highway, the staff were nice and the Pool / Spa is great, much larger than we expected, with easy access. Parking on the premises and room service were also helpful.

as the spanish speaking guest with the booking I was ignored ,
perhaps women in Spain do not organise hotels stays for themselves ....
The pretty boy at reception is usually only window dressing .
The hotel request to file an arrival transport questionnaire with ALL personal data is overdone ,
there is no safeguard to hand over so much personal information,
the reception staff should still do some check in themselves ,
breakfast was generous and fine local fare offered .

Everything went well. We'd stayed there a few years ago and if anything, the hotel has improved. The staff were extremely helpful - nothing was too much trouble - and the facilities (the pool especially) were first class.

Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
We have stayed at this hotel several times on our journey through Spain and have always found it excellent value. We travel with our two small dogs who are welcomed. The rooms are large and comfortable. Basic and very clean. Nearby takeaway food, supermarket just behind the hotel. Car park. Breakfast great. Pastries, cereal, savouries. Free hot drinks 24/7 in reception. Staff efficient and pleasant. Will continue to book this hotel.

The hotel, located right by the highway in an area with a shopping center and plenty of shops, was surprisingly peaceful at night. The parking, right next to the hotel and secured, provided convenience and security. Our spacious room was easily accessible with a pet. The breakfast offered was excellent

Hotel was spotless, spacious rooms, super-friendly staff, very dog-friendly and (despite some comments in recent reviews) a plentiful and enjoyable breakfast! Free parking nearby including a number of spaces attached to the hotel.
Beds comfortable. Location convenient when travelling by car through Spain. Shopping centre facing the hotel. Although they are no coffee facilities in the room, free drinks are available all day in the reception/breakfast area.
The room exceed my expectations: it was spacious, clean and had enough storage and desk space to make ourselves more than comfortable. We went with a baby and the cot fitted perfectly in the room. The bathroom was big and the shower had enough water power. We stopped here as a break during a long trip from Spain to France.
Unlike it’s French counterpart in Pau Lescar which was awful this hotel is excellent. Perfect location for travelling from France to Spain, free tea and coffee 24 hours per day in the reception area, lovely receptionist and nice breakfast. Room was a little tired and it is basic but for a 1 night stopover en route it is very good.
