This hotel has improved since my last visit in May 2023, but it still needs more work to bring it back to its former glory e.g. circa 2019.
Right in the centre of Pamplona, Apartamento Mercaderes features quiet street views from the balcony. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a patio.

Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Lovely flat, in Central location. We could grab breakfast in the bakery downstairs stair. Loved the old character of the flat.
We could listen to the town bells and a Spanish folk group having an informal drink and sing along with their instruments down below in the square.
Secure underground parking on site was useful. Good view from the room window. Good choice at breakfast. Easy access to centre of Pamplona centre using regular bus service. Bar and lobby area were attractive and spacious.
Breakfast cost €10 per person. Good value but a menu would have been helpful.
Our Spanish is very poor and the staff made every effort to help us.
Location is good, parking feels secure. A 40 minute brisk walk to the historic centre but can park nearer as well.
The hotel had a massage therapist and I utilized the service. The steam sauna was broken and the ice bath wasn't very easy to use, it would have been better if there was a bench to lay and wall to support the ice, I used the broken wet sauna room. 45 minutes of services for 20€ is a good deal but at an hour and fifteen minutes given how long the body takes to heat up. The spa was not warm enough maybe 100 at most. The room was great w a wonderful view and energy. The breakfast was good as well.
Great location, there’s a spa for 25€/person (45 min - jacuzzi and sauna), you can book a massage too. A public parking is not far away, you get a discount with the ticket at the hotel (15€ / 24h)
This is the second time me and my partner stayed here. It is a great place to relax in soft beds and nice staff. The food in the restaurant is also superb, as well as their breakfast and spa.
Very clean good sized room with a good shower. Hotel is close to a Japanese Park and several bars and restaurants. The hotel provided secure onsite parking (paid).
The breakfast buffet was really good. great choice and presented beautifully. the eggs were particularly good. Staff helpful and nice.
the local area is quite residential and you get a foot taste of everyday Spanish life from the market, the parks and the local beer garden that sells lots of interesting cocktails (younger crowd)
The hotel is in an excellent central location and very convenient. The room was comfortable although the decor was a little spare and dated. I had a highly professional good value massage in the Hotel Spa. Breakfast was varied and of a good quality
