The pool was wonderful, the spa Jacuzzi was tepid water. Not hot enough for a hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Perfect location just outside city wall near cathedral. Very friendly, helpful staff. We took advantage of their washing service. Room was basic but comfortable. Nice old fashioned feel to place. We stayed 2 nights on the Primitivo and would absolutely recommend it as a stopping point. Very good value for money.
