We loved the breakfast options, from healthy to hearty and even a little decadent. Coffee, pastries and fruit were available all day and they were homemade, what a delight. The seating in the dining rooms was very comfortable and the rooms were beautifully decorated. There was a large library and a bar. We had family in from outside of Weimar, that came and brought us a cake it was so easy to get plates forks and coffee for us to sit outside in the garden with our family. It felt just like home! Our room was lovely with two comfortable armchairs with a footstool and a splendid view of parts of Weimar. the bed was luxurious with plenty of pillows to choose just the right one. The bathroom had a large rain head shower and everything you needed was provided, with a touch of elegance. The hotel had an elevator which is important for some of us.We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. There were a lot of extras too many to mention. When it was time for us to leave we did not want to go, we are definitely planning a trip back to the hotel Hollerbusch. Beautiful classic architecture with good size rooms and superb breakfast plenty of fresh fruit and eggs to order. Loved the loose tea station ! The location is right behind Goethe’s house and the property is in front of a beautiful garden.

Amazing rooms with a very good value for money. The rooms are spacious, clean and very well-equipped and styled in a very interesting way. The restaurant looked great, and the breakfast was fantastic.
