Although the room was large and comfortable it was a a bit inpersonal in terms of decor.

It's an exceptionally impressive castle, during the day but especially during the evening when it's all lit up. There are many nice corners to sit and enjoy a cup of tea (or other drink). The spa is great with an estimated 10x5m pool, 3 different saunas, a steamroom, an infrared cabin, and wellness center with many different treaties (due to day trips I didn't have time for this). The food was fabulous, including the vegetarian dishes and our young kids just loved the 3-course (no chicken fingers for them). The first night we didn't want to have a full dinner and enjoyed some delicious snacks and dishes in the hotel bar, including a soup from the restaurant menu.

Location was very good. Across the street was the Mosel River and the park had the summer wine fest. It was also an easy drive into Bernkastel Kues.
What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
The location is really convenient for getting around the area. Having a parking space was helpful, as was being on the ground floor. It was pleasantly cool even when warmer outside, though it was never scorching when I was there. The apartment was very large and has an outdoor space which is beautiful.

The host was friendly and relaxed.

I recently stayed at Haus am Stadtturm and had a 5-star experience. We received a warm welcome from the hosts, making us feel right at home.
The superb studio on the upper floor was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped, and the lounge corner was perfect for relaxing. The impressive breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.
Well, it was a nice place for sure, but i am not sure really if it is really worth to the money. The pool was not very big although accessibility to the outside was a nice plus. The breakfast was also very good. The parking space was quite big and convenient.
The location is excellent, the view from the balcony is stunning. The apartment has everything you could need , spacious, clean and comfortable. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Lovely for a relaxing break. Any questions we asked were answered really quickly and host was very easy to deal with
Very friendly staff and a beautiful old building functioning as a mix of cafe and B&B.
We were greeted with a glass of sekt and shown to our very fine and spacious room that both had a bedroom and a living room (we suspect we were upgraded without knowing for sure).
Best breakfast we had for very long!
If you are biking in the area, they have a small closed yard for storing the bikes.

Everything was great! The appartement is very big and luxurious and super clean! The jacuzzi and sauna are very relaxing and everything is complete, the kitchen is fully equiped and a there are a lot of towels. Also the hosts are friendly and helpfull.
The environment and nature are really nice to discover, and around the Mosel they have a lot of good winehouses. We stayed for one week, but actually we would stay longer.. We would love to Come back!
