Location lovely. Fab view. Breakfast was ok, probably up to local standards which are average. Coffees from the machine were adequate but the prepared flasks were not. Quite crowded at peak breakfast time. Evening meals were good. It’s worth knowing this is very much a family hotel. Lots of small children. They were largely very well behaved. But not really a couples place.

Good hotel with nice breakfast. Because of the full parking space I had to park in the grass and get a parking ticket. The hotel employee did make a arrangements and covered the costs.

Really nice and spacious holiday apartment in a fantastic location. Nice balcony with space to eat breakfast and dinner with a beautiful view of the mountains and Jennerbanen. Very hospitable host family who are happy to give good tips for activities in the area. We would love to come back to Berchtesgaden and FeWo Springl.

Breakfast was very good, plenty of everything, fruits etc. The hotel was very cosy, lovely garden, clean rooms, helpful and polite staff. Location was perfect; peaceful enviroment, busstop near the hotel. Guest card useful! Sauna was nice after hiking.
Everything. I loved outdoor pool, sauna, breakfast , room , beds, staff. If I will visit this place one more time, I will come again to this hotel and recomend to all. My dog was happy too. Staff was very nice and friendly, I never experienced such warm attitude toward dogs in hotel. It was hard to leave. The most beautiful thing was the garden with big trees surrounded by mountains. It was gorgeous with sun as well as rain and storm. We extend our trip just because we loved the hotel and garden.
The Hotel was at very nice location close to konigsee and the staff was really exceptional friendly and helpful. We were able to reserve Sauna at night, also there are free massage chairs. The breakfast was delicious and the food in the restaurant was also awesome.
We spent two nights at the landhaus sonnenstern. We received a very warm welcome and were also given direct recommendations for restaurants and hiking trails.
The rooms are superbly equipped and leave nothing to be desired. Everything was also very clean.
We didn't miss anything at the breakfast buffet and there is even a small wellness area - also very clean - with a sauna, which we enjoyed using.
We felt very comfortable and would come back any time! :)
Breakfast was really nice, huge buffet to choose from. Also possibility to prepare eggs yourself. Room was a big small but nice. I was missing some cups and other equipment in the room and also wellness space.
The breakfast and dinner was great.
Special thanks to the owner who allowed us to check out later, storing our bikes and even helped out with some potato chips. The whole staff was very friendly and it is a perfect budget place to stay with a group.
The massage chairs and the sauna are an extra plus!

Breakfast selection was really good. The atmosphere was perfect, relaxed, informative and very helpful. The room was spacious with a balcony looking out on the view of the spectacular mountains. The Eagle's Nest can be seen at the top of the mountain. The swimming pool was such a bonus as it was really hot during our visit. All in all I would have no hesitation recommending this place. All I need is an excuse to get back to one of the most beautiful locations I have ever been to and when I do, it will be back to stay here.
