The best mointain cottage I have ever stayed! I am forever grateful for the level of hospitality that went above and beyond my expectations! As a concierge in a 5 star hotel, I can honestly say the service is exceptional in every level. Plus, the cottage looks like from a fairytale and is trully magnificent and remarkable. The hotel is little older, but the value for money is great and the staff friendly attitude compensates for any little downsides. The restaurant is great, I just recommend to make prior reservation, as they were full every evening, which is just another proof of good quality. The location is perfect for a family with small kids who want to learn to ski, as it is right next to small slopes which also have kids parks with belt lifts and plenty of ski rentals and ski schools. The room was big and have a lot of storage spaces, which is hard to find nowadays. A lot of parking space. We will be back definitely.
What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Location was fantastic, right in the centre of Trutnov. The bedroom was large and comfortable and the breakfast was good. The hotel also kept our bags, and my bike, whilst we went to explore Adrspach rocks the next day which was very kind of them. The restaurant attached is excellent with a good selection of food and beers.
The parking was spacious, the beds were long and matress hard as we like it (after hiking it's good for your back)
Despite the closed restaurant/bar - self service with beer is a good idea.
Breakfast was also delicious
Probably the best hotel in the location in terms of facilities and cleanliness. It is near a nice river which is perfect for walking and biking. Breakfast is good. Many chances for sport activities (including tennis) and spa. Only problem is that it is far from from city centre (25-30 min walking distance) and you might need to take a taxi or drive to city center for dinner since almost all good restaurants located in center. However, I recommend staying here considering how neat and clean the rooms are.
Hotel in the city centre. Parking available, but not free. Room was big and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious. They have a sauna available, which is old but working. After a hike, it's great.
