Location was excellent, wonderful lake and countryside nearby with lots of activities. Apartment really good. Wonderful pool on roof with amazing view of lake.

It is a beautiful spot surrounded by woods, almost like a little village. During our stay the staff were all super friendly and willing to solve our problems. The appartment was big enough for us and had everything in it that you could possibly need, even for a longer stay. They have a cozy litttle beach were you can rent waterboards and even boats. There is a beautiful terrace near the water where you can chill out with music in the background and even attend the weekly barbeques, which were really well organised and so delicious! Overall we had such a pleasant stay!

The apartment was well appointed and comfortable with kettle and coffee machine etc. WiFi is good. The hotel bar is nice enough but closes at 10 p.m. which is a shame as it used to be open longer and was a much jollier affair than it is now. The hotel beach is quiet and the public beach around the corner is better for children, facilities and the beach bar/grill

We really liked the spacious sauna and the living room. The house is very close to the activities in Lipno nad Vltavou. The kitchen was well equipped and the communication with the owner was very good.
I can highly recommend staying here if you want to have a good time with friends and family.
Our family spent a lovely couple of nights in one of the deluxe houses. The house itself was exceptional, everything we could ask for, tastefully decorated and lots of space. We enjoyed all the facilities, the pool, the lego exhibition, play zone, bikes around the lake, bowling. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and tasty. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening. We went late October, which was a quiet time, and it was excellent value for money.
