Very comfortable bed but soft pillows, large tv with internet connection. Location walking distance from city center. Parking not provided but helpful staff that helped us out with their advises. Everything was perfect. The apartment is so spacious and bright that we didn't want to leave it 😁 The panoramic window was a special pearl (there's a coffee machine in the apartment, so you can enjoy the view, sipping latte). There were also lots of toys, and our toddler immediately loved the baby stroller. All the cutlery and dishes, as well as some cooking stuff like salt, are present, which is a big plus.

Excellent apartment, perfectly clean and well-appointed, with secure parking and very close to the city center. The online check-in and take-over of keys by means of a code worked perfectly and allowed us flexibility. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we needed. In spite of being close to a circulated road, it was quiet at night and we could enjoy a good night sleep. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the wonderful Karlovy Vary.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is in tip top shape, pristine design, visibly clean luxurious not just in the name but down to every piece of decor. I felt like a queen in her suite so spacious and well thought out and the fact that everything was self service was a shock. Getting in and through the apartment was a breeze. As a solo traveler I felt safe and I had plenty of space for my luggage, and my larger items without feeling too crowded. If you cook, they have all the amenities pots, pans, a beautiful fridge, coffee maker. It’s like I didn’t wanna go out and explore because I wanted to soak in every last inch of the apartment. Apple TV was a nice touch so I could watch my Netflix in English and stream from my phone.
