While our Senior Personal Butler Alex Liu did an awesome job. He helped us to arrange the special setting and celebration for my Daddy's 86th Birthday. Such a wonderful experience! Room was great. Lovely view. Great in-room amenities like espresso machine or Aromatherapy brand shampoo/conditioner. Very nice and helpful staff. I loved the bar "Le Manoir Ling" and the gentleman working there recommended a nice gin. I would also recommend taking a walk by the river on the other side of the hotel.

It is better than I expected! Especially the scent that is used in this hotel. I was very impressed with this hotel and will be back there again when I have a trip to Shang Hai. All service is exceptional! They help me a lot during this trip.

Friendly and helpful staff, generous room sizes, and very good amenities (gym is very well equipped). Overall a very relaxing atmosphere to start and end your day. While metro is walking distance for day to day sightseeing, not recommended if you have luggage.
