We loved everything about our stay. Clean and spacious rooms, a lot of storage/shelves, friendly staff, swimming facilities, other activities for the whole family. The views are beautiful and the nearby park has a playground my daughter loved. The walking path through the park is also amazing and has workout areas setup throughout the park/forest.

probably one of the best properties I have ever visited across the globe. The location is beautiful. You have a waterpark where the kids can play. Car parking is available all though. The bus stop is right next door. The best way to travel in central, Switzerland is to buy a time pass and travel through public transport. We had a room with a nice size balcony with a gorgeous view facing Lake Lucerne and the mountains. Our room was very comfortable...well appointed, including complimentary drinks & chocolate in the bar fridge. Hotel was very close to Lake Lucerne. Staff was courteous & friendly and we had enjoyable conversations with several. Very walkable to local restaurants, town, ferry pier, etc. Really no complaints. Would definitely come back.
