Breakfast very expensive and poor choice. Room view was awful - row of charging points! No mirror over desk - need to sit at desk to do hair. Mattress too soft.

A well maintained property and very clean and comfortable. We did not have a reservation for dinner on our first nights stay and the restaurant was fully booked. They did manage to find us a table and we had a lovely meal.

The family room was spacious. The view was brilliant as the balcony is facing where the laussane lake was. Waking up everything with the view was amazing having coffee and seeing the sunset was relaxing after a whole day trip. The breakfast was nice with lots of options to choose from. The location was just walking distance to the metro.

Very close to the train station. Good value of money. I think one doesnt stay here for luxury, but rater for the affordability. My room was spacious and the high ceiling made it look even bigger. Bathroom was cleaned each day. Did not use the kitchen besides making a cup of tea. I manage to break the water caraf by accident and the administrator was kind to not make me pay for it.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, really nice room. Bed was very comfortable. Room service was fantastic and we left too early to try the breakfast. We loved the spa and it was pretty quiet around 6pm. Varied spa facilities including steam room, sauna, plunge pool and hot tub. All very clean and in great working order. Staff were knowledgeable about the local area although we were on a quick stop off so didn’t get to explore.
