Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva, hotel in Geneva

Designed by the renowned interior architect Pierre-Yves Rochon, the elegant Four Seasons Hotel Geneva is set in a historic building from 1834, directly at the shores of Lake Geneva.

Upon arrival the room was not ready as scheduled. I met the sales manager Ms. Isabella and the room was upgraded to a suite and a drink and lunch were provided as a courtesy of the hotel. They paid attention to the smallest details based on previous comments I made when I stayed at the hotel 6 months ago. Thank you all

I mean, this is about as great as it gets in terms of hotels. Had to stay because of flight issues, but for a last-minute place to sleep it certainly sufficed, and improved my mood. If you end up staying here, there's lots to enjoy. The breakfast is amazing.

On Sunday free breakfast was available - fresh fruit, yogurts, croissants, ham, cheese, eggs. Complimentary fruit and coffee, tea, sugar, milk, biscuits available at all times. Decent coffee machine in room. Very efficient air-con. So much more space than a traditional hotel room. Lovely common space where you could cook, eat or just relax. Outdoor terrace also available.

We stayed in the superior room, the room was really lovely and spacious. The ladies on reception were really helpful and was able to answer all the questions we had about the area. The bed was so comfy and we had a great night sleep. The shutters on the window made the room pitch black which was great. The pool, hot tub and sauna facilities are incredible and really make the stay. The showers are in the room so if you’re not in a couple then it may be a little awkward.

Excellent stay. 15 minutes from the city center, close to the airport as well which is nice especially for early morning flights. Very good breakfast. Spa wasn't open but we were allowed to use spa facilities (sauna, fitness centre) at the hotel next door at any time.

The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was small but the space worked. My opinion is this hotel group would be great for friends, solo or couples travelling. The breakfast was really nice. The cafe/bar offered spaces for work and relaxing and the evening meals we had were fine. The coffee was great! The location was really good, walking distance to the lake and shopping.

Lovely hotel with great transport links for a weekend break around the city without being directly in the centre. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station (quick access to the airport) and a tram stop directly outside the front entrance. The hotel itself was also really nice, fairly spacious rooms and a lovely bar/reception area to relax in for a drink before heading out for the evening! All the staff are extremely polite and helpful. Would highly recommend :)

For a 3* Hotel it has a lot to offer. A big and beautiful lobby, hot drinks, such as coffee, tea etc. are for free and bar is working 24/7. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and look very modern. I used the SPA- very beautiful spa with a whirlpool, pool and sauna. Very clean and most important, the water is warm! So to relax you really can enjoy your stay. Breakfast was really good, you had all kinds of warm and cold dishes, a very friendly "maitre" who was in charge refilling constantly the food. Coffe is delicious.

The pool, hot tub and sauna really allow one to relax. While small, the pool was still long enough to do very short laps, enough to get the heart rate up.
