I love The Hide and go back whenever I can, it is a great hotel, well designed with a lovely bar, fantastic location by the ski lifts, always sweet kind and helpful staff. I usually take a double room with the Mountain View to enjoy the terrace :)

Location was perfect, easy to get to using bus links from Chur and other surrounding areas. Views are stunning from the balcony as well the dining area and gardens (everywhere really). Wellbeing facilities were lovely too. Spoilt for choice with the breakfast buffet options

Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. Convenient parking right outside was a bonus. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely design hotel in the heart of Flims. The location couldn't be better, right by the lifts and just a few minutes from the train station. Charming coffee shop and various shops in the attached STENNA Flims area, adding to the convenience. The room design and attention to detail were great, and breakfast was delightful. The Spa also was really relaxing. Highly recommended for a memorable stay.
The location was spot on. We wanted the convenience of being able to get straight to the gondola. The rooms were nicely decorated and the reception area/bar was very welcoming. Breakfast was just right and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa. When my husband left a shirt in the room the staff were very helpful and posted it back to us immediately thank you for that!
Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

Friendly and efficient staff, nice spacious breakfast room with large windows was a nice start to the day. Super close to the bus stop/Volg supermarket. Mountain view from the room/balcony. Italian restaurant integrated into the hotel was handy. Boot room is spacious with boot dryer. Sauna is ok as is the pool though it's more to relax than swim properly.
The breakfast is great, good variety of foods, for all taste. The sauna and spa area very relaxing. Free parking and good shuttle/bus service, but close enough that I actually walked back from the slopes. The staff was great.
Breakfast was good, and as the hotel give us time slots for breakfast, the restaurant was not crowded.
Room was clean, bath space was nice. There was a nice Nespresso machine in the room.
Love the sauna facilities and the yard/ space which is attached to the room. Location is very convenient/ access to COOP, PostAuto is very close by.
Drinks at the hotel bar was priced very reasonably (considering its a ski resort in Switzerland)
The staff were all warm and friendly. The breakfast spread was really great, they cater to vegans and they even had plant milks. They have a great sauna and a bar area where you can hang out with enough space to socially distance.
