The castle room had nice charm to it. And the location was great. Very convenient for the surrounding areas. Easy parking, nice set in nature. Comfy big bed. Good bath. Staff was helpful and courteous.

Communication was very easy and the owner was available to answer questions right away. Keys were left in a box and we could pick them up easily, although we arrived late in the night. The building had an underground garage where we could park our car. Kitchen tools could have slightly improved, but everything else was great.

The house was very beautiful and it felt like a lived home. We settled right in. An amazing landscape outside the livingroom windows made everything even better. The host was very welcoming and available to all our needs.

The cordiality and kindness of the staff really stands out. They even went extra mile to serve us (we had 2 small kids) a very early morning breakfast much earlier than the usual hours. Really appreciated that.

Beautiful old hotel just outside Bad Ragaz. Booked to be near the thermal spa which was unfortunately closed but would be very close by if they had been open. Lovely buffet breakfast.
The property is very well maintained and in a beautiful surrounding. We had grand deluxe rooms which were spacious and with comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and with the choice of 2 restaurants we could sample different cooked dishes.
Excellent location, big and clean room, breakfast was very good. Was great also to have a coffee machine in the room. I will definitely stay there again.Bonus: 10 mins walk to Tamina Terme -Spa
Beautiful decorated spacious room, very clean, they've got all needed facilities, great service and close to the spa (walking distance). Comfy and beautiful breakfast area. Excellent service.
The wellness area and the diverse top michelin star restaurants have been top notch. The rooms have been very comfortable and clean. Especially breakfast at Verve was outstanding. You can as well use the public spa free of charge. If you look for a great weekend with good food and wellness it is totally worth going there. Staff are friendly, they just seem to have not enough staff for such a big hotel.
