The spacious holiday home is equipped with 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

The place is newly renovated so everything is newer than other places in Niagara Falls. It's very spacious. Has 2 dining areas. A nice kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and silverware which was nice because we saved a lot of money eating in. It's also nice if you're with family. Cooking and eating together with family is something we value. Plus it's nice to have a kitchen in case you get hungry at those random times. There were plenty of rooms with plenty of beds. We REALLY appreciated that at least 2 rooms were like the "master" bedrooms with one BIGGER bed either king or queen. Other places in Niagara falls have rooms that are just packed with small beds no tvs and no closets or dresser space for clothes. Its like they just want to squeeze as many beds as possible. Its just perfect because its like there are 2 bedrooms that are for the "parents" and then a couple more rooms for the "kids". Its just great to have that variety. We also really really liked that there are 2 bathrooms. Other places in Niagara have like 6 rooms and only ONE bathroom! How can you house 12 guests and expect ONE bathroom to be enough? We picked this townhome specifically for everything I just mentioned. It also had a nice backyard with like a fireplace/firepit thing. We didn't get to use it but imagine how fun that would be! We drove to the Falls. It's only about 5 minutes. You could walk but we are 2 older couples. The beds were very comfortable. We LOVED that there was a TV in the living area AND in the bedroom. Which is another thing that other homes in Niagara don't have. Most only have ONE TV in the living area and that's it. We like to scroll through the channels at night. Very easy and convenient way to unlock the door. We had no issues with that. There are security cameras so that's nice. There were towels, plenty of pillows, toiletries, even a little small pack of the necessities like in a hotel!

There was no breakfast so why this question? This group included three generations and we were all happy with the accommodations ..eg. three out of four enjoying an ensuite bedroom. Lots of space for everyone. We brought our food and were able to store, cook and enjoy our meals together. Being there for three days/nights gave us plenty of time to enjoy the Falls as well as time to rest and relax. Location was good. We walked down to the Falls everyday and back again in the evening.

The waterpark served its purpose to keep our son amused and we used the hot tub, which was great. The Fields restaurant we used for breakfast and it was really good value for money at $19.95 with the buffet, but the 15% service charge was a shocker! Rooms were well stocked, clean and spacious.

Room was huge. Best nights sleep as the bed was so comfy including the pillows. The steam shower we will definitely miss. Relaxing massage at the spa. Walking distance to everything was a plus. Breakfast was delish...coffee to die for. All the staff very friendly and helpful. We stayed 4 nights. The wet bar with mini fridge was nice to have. Didn't make it to the restaurant but many choices in the area.
