Amazing boutique hotel,one of the best in Bulgaria.Everything in the rooms is made so you feel realy very special-bathroom facilities and fluffy towels,such a comfortable mattress with snow white bedsheets.You are surrounded by bulgarian history,beautiful paintings and antique furniture.The food in the restaurant is very impressive and tasty.I can’t say thank you enough to the amazing staff they have in the hotel.And the real jam of the hotel-the receptionist Simona,who impressed us with her kindness and attitude.Thank you all for treating us as royalties!

Modern and classy boutique hotel. I was amazed of the design of the whole building - it looks like they made big efforts to create this beautiful art. I was on a tour with my best friend. Unfortunately, they couldn’t suggest us single rooms at the time of arrival but instead they put us in one of their studios with extra sofa bed. It was great solution of the issue as we got even better room on the same price. It was well cleaned and organised with everything we would need for the short stay.
In the morning we had small breakfast and a cup of hot tea in the restaurant. There was a great choice on the buffet tables but we had no space left in our stomachs. They offered us a free access to the swimming pool and relax zone but we preferred taking culturally enriching walk throughout the city.
We chose the hotel mainly because of the location. Situated next to the fortress and nearby the remains of so many ancient monasteries and churches. Additionally, it was just in 1 minute walking by foot from the Tourist Information central. On the last day of the holiday, even that we already have checked out of the hotel, the girl at reception was so kind to take our luggage and to store it for a little bit longer so we could finish our sightseeing tour freely.

Leaving for an early morning bus, the front desk called but couldn’t find any taxis — so the front desk guy drove me to the bus station in his own car!! I was amazed at his kindness and he also wouldn’t accept any money. In addition it’s rare to find a hotel in this area with a pool and jacuzzi. Also, I noticed a huge play area for kids including an enclosed trampoline.
