The position of this hotel is wonderful. The views from the restaurant over the 2 rivers is exceptional. We were there when the rain was pouring and the rivers were filling rapidly, so it was amazing to watch out of the windows. The staff were friendly and the service was good. There are a lot of steps to the rooms, although we had a room where the lift took you to the first floor and then there were just 2 steps, but we were told that all other rooms had a lot of stairs.

Very nice hotel located on the hill under the forest. lady at reception spoke english, german and polish - she was very friendly and explained us all arrangements. hotel served dinner with buffet system - this is the one the only point i'm not fully satisfied - the quality of dinner (i find) is not so high. breakfast was good. hotel bar served good beers from local ones to selected german ones.

Excellent breakfast with a good choice of teas, adequate coffee, eggs and a huge range of cold dishes al of high quality, and presented in a sunny spacious room. Plents of towels.

The room was spacious and well furnitured. The breakfast was good and it was available earlier than the official breakfast hours which was very useful on the rush business days. The parking was easy and free of charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I used this hotel several times and always with good experience.

The hotel is located a short walk from the Old Town. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is located on the upper floors of the shopping center (separate entrance and staircase). Parking spaces in the underground car park in the shopping center (inside there are signs leading to the entrance of the hotel).
The old town is beautiful and the city of Steyr can be treated as a stop on the way to the Alps.
