Our second room, after the change, was gorgeous, with a beautiful view.
The housekeeping gentleman was very accommodating and always adjusted to our needs — we have a toddler who naps after lunch, and he kindly rescheduled cleaning for us each time without issue.
The food was fantastic, a real culinary experience!

What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
For sure once if the next hotel spa I have ever experienced. Sauna was sufficiently hot, they had a beautiful outdoors cold pool, relaxing spaces, many options of sauna, steam room etc.
The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. Nice walking paths around the property. Tea/ coffee and snacks was served in the lounge. The Spa is well maintained and a nice environment to relax. The receptionist was very friendly. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.

The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of Ramsau, just a few steps from the stadium where all the cross-country tracks do start. The hotel offers free parking and upon entering, you are welcomed by more than attentive staff. The breakfast is absolutely fabulous and more than rich. We also dined at the hotel and all the meals were greatly cooked and meticulously designed and prepared. The wellness is great and offers plenty of possibilities to relax.
Stayed at Rittis with my family twice this July. If we were to describe the stay in two words, it would be 'absolutely wonderful'. Beautiful, spacious, clean apartments, private sauna and balcony. Fantastic views of the mountains. Great breakfast with many options. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Thank you Rittis for making our stay so enjoyable! All went smoothly from the begining till the end, hotel staff and especially owners are extremely friendly, you can feel they put hearts in the business. Hotel is completely renovated with sense for each detail, sauna area really luxury, food delicious, breakfast exceed expectations. Really looking forward to come back one day :)
Such a fantastic apartment house! The apartments are very spacious with well-equipped kitchen and balconies. There's a beautiful wellness room with three different kinds of saunas and a Jacuzzi! The host was also extremely kind and available. Relaxation absolutely guaranteed!
The apartment was spacious, clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen. The batthroom had a very well working, comfy shower. Great selection of food for breakfast including several home made eatings. The free sauna and wellness area were really exceptional.
