The two ladies at breakfast were so pleasant and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Made waking up a pleasure. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had at any hotel. The lakeside lounge area was also special. The rooftop spa area was tastefully done with views over the lake and mountains, although a 2pm opening time for the sauna felt overly restrictive.

The location is amazing! The view out of our bedroom window, I could have sat on our balcony forever! The food every night and every course (all 5 of them) were the best quality food we have ever had! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the spa was beautiful. What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
The room was lovely- very clean and fresh. It was well decorated and the bathroom was of a good size with a super shower.

The included dinner was excellent- very filling with a really good choice of meals on the menu.
Breakfast was also excellent, again a big spread with lots of choice. The restaurant was spacious and the service very good.
Everything was amazing! Dinner was great, breakfast was outstanding. Also, the spa was a really nice way to relax after a long drive. We had so much fun with the staff at the bar, we were pretty bumped that we only stayed for one night. We will come back for sure!

Personal and charming experience. The owner (I presume) is local and only speaks a bit of English, and we only speak a little German which made communication difficult. That did not discourage her from wanting to learn more about our travel, help us and arrange breakfast for the morning. Very personal experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations, the room was big with a wonderful view to the mountains, quiet and very clean, you can really enjoy the evenings on the balcony. The spa is great and they have sunbeds in the yard where you can relax reading a book. Location is quite close to the lake or mountain trails. A bus stop is also close by. Breakfast was very good and they have a really nice restaurant if you're too tired to go out for dinner. I will come back here for sure.
