Super friendly hotel staff. We got upgraded to the bungalow, very spacious and nice.
Breakfast was good, hotel staff even kept it longer open just for us.
The swim area to the lake is directly connected to the hotel, it is a bit small though, but nothing unusual for this area of the lake.
Velden Center is walking distance and there is enough space in the car parking at all times.

We came to relax and discover the area. The location was very easy to reach by transportation and the hotel included a lot of wonderful services that allowed us to completely disconnect and relax.
Room was nice with the view over the mountains. We didn't order breakfast. The spa was very special. We enjoyed the wellness section, but the sauna was unexpected. The staff at the reception were nice and helpful. No problem with English.

We stayed probably in the newer part of the building. The room was of smaller size but sufficient with large bed and comfortable matrasses and pillows. Bathroom was spacious and perfectly clean. Sauna was awesome.
Breakfast does not include warm meals, however the options offered were very good quality - fresh bread and pastries, great variety of cheeses, salami, hams or fresh fruits.
Unfortunately due to bad weather we didnt use the hotel beach but we saw it and I cant wait to visit it next time.
Great hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I had a wonderful visit at this hotel for a few days. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and varied, with plenty of options to choose from.
Nice family-run hotel. a bit outside the city center, some 10-15 minutes drive, but close to the lake. The spa adds a lot, you can have some nice relax time there (just too bad that the opening hours are a bit limited). Breakfast is very rich. Spacious parking lot for all the hotel guests.

The hotel is very close to the lake with many options to spend the vacation active or just relaxing. There is a possibility to rent bicycles, to go for a walk... The spa of the resort is super nice with lot of "green" around. the spa area was not overcrowded at all, with a separate sauna world, free tee, lemonade, fruits.
we fully enjoyed the breakfast as well, which was served in the main restaurant. the top of that breakfast is the "by you" created juices.
