These are super modern, new, and clean apartments located in a quiet area of Graz with excellent transport connections to the city center. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and the managers are very attentive. The pleasant terraces are perfect for enjoying a quiet breakfast in the summer. Additionally, the apartments are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is peaceful, providing a relaxing atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Graz!
This is a great hotel. Huge hotel rooms with modern bathrooms. Great staff, especially in the breakfast room (and breakfast was also great and worth the money!) Lovely relaxing pool and sauna zone.

Great location, spacious property, great breakfast, friendly front-desk and helpful staff in general. Sauna offered exceptional views but not hot enough! Gym was suitable but small.
We were accomodated in the so called Boarding house, it is at the backside of the hotel building, room size was very good, 2 rooms in one apartment, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, terrace, so it was above our expectation. Breakfast was very nice, compare to the size of the hotel I think the selection is quite wide. Parking is very easy, there were always empty slots in the free parking area. Wellness area with gym, saunas was also very good.
Great hotel with reasonable price. Clean and cozy rooms . Spa with pool and sauna is great , clean, comfortable , and calling for peaceful time out after long travel . Exelent breakfast with a very good variety of food and coffee...
