The facilities at the accommodation were extraordinary for adults but especially for kids (many things to do with your kids). The interior is very nicely designed and clean. The personnel was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed in an apartment with 2 rooms (we were 2 families) and it was perfect. We also had a playground on our floor and was perfect for the kids (5 years old), while we were cooking or just relaxing in the room.
I would come back also during summer, there are many things to do in the hotel and in the town.

Sadly we could only stay for one night. The staff were lovely- they were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The chef made sure I could have a delicious gluten free meal which after a long drive was much appreciated, and the baby had a high chair waiting for him in the morning for breakfast. The secure underground parking is incredibly useful in summer and listening to the stream outside was soothing for the soul.

The stay at the Hotel Flachauerhof was one of the best experiences. Starting from the reception - Staff was really helpful and gave us all needed information. The room was clean and comfy. The Hotel is pet friendly - our Westie got a snack as a welcome gift. All pet stuff was already there (dog bowls, dog-bed). They provide parking spots. Great breakfast. Location is perfect. I fully recommend! :)

Nice clean hotel just 5minute walk from Space Jet 1 lift entry. You can easily walk there or use ski bus for one stop. Ski bus stop is less then 50m from hotel. We enjoy great breakfast, nice clean room and wellness.

The hotel has a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Really nice service, very good food - both breakfast and lunch served on some days, as well as a sauna where you can relax after a long day on the slopes - are the undoubted advantages of this place. We'll be happy to come back!
We only stayed one night but the place is absolutely amazing! It has been renovated few years back and the interior is fabulous, rooms are big and beautiful, great breakfast, wellness options. Also a great garden with lots of space and very quite!
