I had a fantastic stay at this hotel nestled in the mountains during the summer. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when I forgot something—they promptly sent it to me via post. Highly recommend!

I almost don’t want to leave an honest review because I’m afraid the hotel will be fully booked next time! This was the best stay I’ve ever had—and I’ve traveled to 41 countries.
It’s a family-run hotel, and you’ll meet all the family members, who are truly dedicated to customer service. The food is amazing, with a changing menu that excites every dinner. I was also surprised that half-board included a light lunch.
The location is perfect—there’s a cross-country ski track right next to the hotel, an ice skating rink nearby, and the promenade and shops are all within walking distance. The ski bus stop is just 50 meters away.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The wellness area is fantastic, with seven saunas (don’t miss the underground ones!) and four thermal pools, separated for adults and kids. There’s also a ping pong table, a foosball table, and a kids' room.
The best part? You feel welcomed every second of your stay. We absolutely loved it!

Pool was fine but there were limited places to hang towels. Similarly the spa area was Ok but again no places in the shower area to hang towels. Beds were comfortable and clean.

Beautiful hotel with a great wellness area. Very good breakfast & dinner. Perfect place for ski holidays. A lot of entertainment activities in the evening. Every morning hotel visitors received a brochure with most important information about the weather and other daily activities

Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Spacious rooms, good sauna and very good massage. The staff was friendly, especially our waiter at the table was top! The location was very central in the town and indoor parking space was cheap and easy accessible.
Super Hotel! Our Apartment was amazing - big and very comfortable . SPAarea is also big , with different Saunas. Breakfast is perfekt - with fresh juices , a lot of vegetables and high quality Coffee.

The hotel is very clean, the food is good and varied. The SPA is very large, it contains 3 saunas, salt room, relaxation, swimming pool... The staff is generally kind with few exceptions.
The room was very nice, enough space, extra area for sitting, with balcony right towards mountains. They provided a free entrance to alpentherme, which made it a real good deal. Same with cabinlift, also for free! Breakfast very nice too.
Excellent location, great views, modern and clean room in a super tastefully decorated hotel. Free and unlimited use of Alpentherme is awesome, we went to relax and swim after days out. Their own spa is also excellent. Toma our waiter was fantastic, had our individual drinks prepared for breakfast without even asking, just as he saw us arrive.
Fantastic, staff were very helpful and friendly, beautiful mountain views from our balcony, spa and wellness facilities were extremely good, room was modern, spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful, had everything that we needed, we asked for gluten free bread and they provided it. The town was thriving and full of Tirolean character. We liked it so much so we extended our stay with two more days!
