The staff above average helpful and friendly. thank you very much for everything. my husband and I felt very comfortable. the rooftop swimming pool is an added highlight during our stay with the ever smiling lifeguard Derrek. It felt like a resort experience without a resort price. The room was really well laid-out, the bed was comfortable although not very large. It didn't have a kitchen, but it did have a good minifridge. Complimentary water bottles on arrival. The bathroom is giant, with two showers, and a French-style bidet. The swimming pool, jaccuzzi, sauna, and steam room facilities were AMAZING. The staff were very helpful, and kindly extended our check-out time with no charge. The price of the buffet at the restaurant was a bit expensive, but if you use skip a cleaning (with the Skip & Gain tab on the doorhandle), they give you a 25 AED discount at the restaurant or gym.
