Our stay at the hotel was nothing short of exceptional! The staff at the reception and in general are amazing! The surroundings were stunning, and the view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast was a highlight, with a fantastic variety and quality, and lunch felt like a fine dining experience, with every dish superbly prepared. The spa added an extra layer of relaxation to our stay, offering a cool and serene atmosphere.
Just steps from the hotel, there’s a wonderful walking area with an incredible natural water spring flowing down from the mountains, which is simply awe-inspiring. This hotel perfectly combines comfy stay with nature. Highly recommend!

Good arrangement with a public car parking in the basement with a nice discount. Nice beds, bed linen and towels. Good food in Plato restaurant. Observant bartender. Offering of free water (bottles) for our continuous trip to France was a nice gesture. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and nice pastry. Great location!

We have had a fantastic week in this hotel, and the location is great, a short walk to the centre of Andorra la Vella. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. We had a big double bed and a sofa bed for our 2 year old. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention for Julio who was very friendly and made us feel at home. The car parking service is highly recommended as parking in Andorra is hard and expensive, and for 30€ a day is definitely worth it for a stress free holiday.
We had dinner one night in the restaurant instants and the food was delicious.
On Saturday evening there was a man playing the grand piano which was beautiful just to sit and relax with a glass of complimentary cava.
We would use this hotel again..

The room was of adequate size to accommodate three. Breakfast was good. Every location in Andorra is good, the city is small (surprise :)) :). Novotel location is convenient - everything is within a 5 min walk. We enjoyed spa for free in the neighboring (next door) hotel. Novotel has an agreement for its clients with the spa. Fabulous views and a beautiful spacious room (Superior Suite). We enjoyed the pool after we arrived late in the afternoon. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The room was very quiet and comfortable.

Nice terrace with amazing view and free parking on site. charming old styled ski lodge type of hotel. Breakfast was nothing special but it was ok. We stayed only one night so we didn’t take advantage of all the additional services, which seem to be very nice (sauna, tennis court, swimming pool)
Really nice hotel with good spa (although the price for the spa is pretty high and it is only for 90 mins). The room was also nice, the balcony has a great view, although unfortunately there was some construction going on - it was not loud but the crane got into the view (this is absolutely not the hotel’s fault, just unfortunate). The dinner at the hotel restaurant is absolutely amazing, we loved it. The breakfast is okay too, although that might be upgraded a little bit by adding some vegetables or better quality juice or some variety.
the staff are adorable, amazing hotel, wonderful decor, extremely clean, we were super satisfied. the spa experience is worth it and doesn’t cost a lot. they even arranged a couple’s massage for us on a Sunday afternoon without prior reservation. the breakfast is a must also! parking is right in front of the hotel and free of charge.
