Ski equipment hire is offered 100 metres away and the train station is set 200 metres away. Lovely view of mountains. The apartment was a bit old but had everything we needed. The breakfast was downstairs at the hotel and we had an evening meal included in the price which was lovely too. It was close to everything.

Just 300 metres from the Jakubova lúka Ski Centre, this apartment house can be found 1 km from the centre of Starý Smokovec. It offers a self-catered accommodation with free WiFi in public areas and rooms. Was even better, than I expected. The photos of the room do not show full picture. The room had everything we needed: cosy dining area, equiped with kitchenette, big bathroom, comfy beds. And most important for us - they allow dogs!

A business centre, as well as conference and meeting facilities make the comprehensive offer of the Grand Hotel Kempinski High Tatras complete. The location, it was right next to the lake. The property had Cigar room which was amazing. Coffee lounge, fire places, Game area and world class spa with Sauns, jacuzzi and big pool with chandeliers. the chars in the pool were actuall the mostt comfortable sofas we had ever been to. And the view from pool, was just wow. The most important of all was amazing service the staff offered, it was as if i was transported to a different era where all your needs were taken care of. And the restaurant and its service, we booked a dinner and it felt lile michlen star place and food. We are definitely going to come again.

The hotel is set in a heart of the Stary Smokovec, the liveliest resort with many touristic facilities, a main junction for reaching the other resorts as well as the largest station on the Tatra electric railroad. The Tatranska Lomnica Ski Area can be reached within 5 km and free ski bus runs directly from the hotel. The nearest railway station and bus station are reachable within a 5-minute walk and the Poprad Airport is located a 20-minute drive away. We loved everything about our stay in Grand hotel Stary Smokovec. It was not our first time there, but it was the first time with our toddler and she had the absolute best time! The staff was super kind and helped us with everything we needed. They also made special arrangement regarding our room - extra bed for no fee and bathrobe and cute slippers for our little one. The hotel is simply beautiful and has great amenities - The spa and wellness is very clean, well organised and super pleasant. Children can play in huge kids room close to the bar so the parents can enjoy coffee, drinks and even food while watching their children having great time. The restaurant was awesome - tasty food and many many options for breakfast, lunch and amazing a la carte dinner. Even special request of our daughter for a glass of milk in the evening was fulfilled! The hotel staff is a team of great professionals. The fact that there is private parking right in front of the hotel and the location of this hotel being in the center of Stary Smokovec is obviously a huge +. You can choose from variety of rooms, we had a junior suite and it was very spacious and quiet with a view from one side on Lomnicky stit and from the other on the sunrise above Poprad. We will definitely come back again!

Vila Jedľa is an accommodation situated in Vysoké Tatry, 44 km from Dobsinska Ice Cave and 46 km from Bania Thermal Baths. With free private parking, the property is 17 km from Strbske Pleso Lake and 24 km from Treetop Walk. Pretty nice, warm place with clean room/bathroom in room (towels included). Free for all dining room with tea, coffee, juice, flakes and even milk. Fast wifi included. About 100m from nearest train station and about 1km from main train/bus station. Reception friendly and eager to let you know about the hotel.

Great and clean room (really appreciated washing machine wich i used, although i was staying here for one night). All in all, very nice place which i recommend for anyone who want a great place around there to stay
