The accommodation will provide you with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a minibar. Everything!!!!! This was our second time to stay here, and just like before, it was amazing. The entire experience was outstanding, with nothing being too much for any of the staff to help us with. In particular, Victor, at the reception, was excellent. We needed some help with a few things, and he went above and beyond to help us out. He is a really excellent staff member as are all the staff. I was even able to get a last-minute massage in the spa, and again, it was excellent. Tatiana was an outstanding therapist, one of the best I have had so far. The food was fantastic, from breakfast, lunch, and dinner, everything was pure perfection. In particular, dinner in the restaurant on our last night. The staff were brilliant, so attentive, even providing us with specially requested deserts not on the menu. This is by far the best hotel we have stayed in, and we will most definitely be returning soon. Not to forget the location of the hotel, nowhere like it !!

Amazing family hotel, big and very clean room, parking just outside. 10 mins walk to the center of town and the cable car. Good breakfast. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

These classically decorated rooms are bright and colour, with wooden floors and wooden furnishings. Each room provides an en suite bathroom, and all rooms include a TV and some of them have balcony. Everything was perfect, such a nice hotel, exactly what you expect from a mountain hotel. Well decorated rooms with a nice terrace, breakfast had also everything one needs to start a good day. We would definitely come back here if we can.

All Rooms have balcony with a view. Some of the rooms have a direct view to Neuschwanstein castle. From the outside terrasse or in the large garden you have a beautiful view to the mountains and the castle. - The "Lohengrin" rooms are like in the pictures with a heart shape on the bed with decorative flowers and a bath. Very spacious room and bathroom, with everything you need. - We had a suite facing Neuschwanstein Schloss that we could admire when waking up in the morning. It snowed the night we were there, we didn't expect that and we got the surprise to see the castle and the snow when opening the windows. - The staff is great and friendly. For example, we got a message before our arrival to warn us that there will be a birthday party in the garden next to the property, they offered to rebook our stay in another hotel in the village or to reschedule. We didn't change our plans and we got a free bottle of sparkling wine for the disturbance! In the end, the music was not too much of an issue with the windows closed and the bottle of wine ;) - The breakfast was great with a lot of different things, both salty and sweet. There were also some products from the garden or from the region. There is also a spa in the hotel, but we didn't use it as we were staying for a short time.

During the winter months the area is ideal for skiing, with ski lifts 3 km from Hotel AlpinaRos. The popular Königssee Lake is 5 km away. Location, the room and staff. Breakfast was also excellent.
