First of all thank you Blaz for a wonderful stay at Charming Bella Hideout. The place is sparkling clean, very modern and had everything we needed to feel at home. If you are there to visit one of the following attractions (and many other) Waterfall Pericnik, Triglav National Park, Vintgar Gorge or Lake Bled etc this is a perfect location where you can relax and enjoy the afternoons and evenings after a long day, on the terrace next to vegetable garden with mountain view and cute chickens. It was like a winter wonderland with views of snow capped Triglav. This is a beautiful farm, warm and cosy, just like the owner Miha - a true gentleman. The rustic home made bread, the gorgeous horses who are groomed to perfection. Everything about my stay was lovely, far away from the tourist traps. This was the real Slovenia with all the warmth and welcome that Slovenian people have to offer. Great memories were made here. I was lucky to be staying for the blessing of the horses in the true Slovene tradition. A spectacle for the eyes. I will be back in May to climb Golica and see the Narcissi’s in bloom.

It was a comfortable and cozy escape from the city life as it was higher up on a mountain. The owner was also very accommodating and quick to respond and had even left a small bottle of elderflower syrup for us. The place also had a nice balcony where we could sit outside and enjoy the night sky.
