Apartment is a good value in Brasov especially with the private parking in the yard. It is located up a hill in a residential area, quiet from car noise but constant from barking and yelping dogs in the neighborhoods. Living space is roomy with a decently furnished kitchen and sizable bathroom albeit cramped shower. AC is nice amenity but room is with sloped ceiling so care must be taken lest you bump your head often. It is about 2km easy walk downhill but can be tiresome coming back. We opt to cook and eat in because the thought of walking to town to eat and walk back rather unappetizing especially after a day of sightseeing in town, although you can always take a taxi or rideshare back. Host is very receptive and met us when we arrived and called him.

Lovely old house totally converted, everything is new and beautifully designed. There are three apartments on 3 floors, each is rented separately but we didn't understand it from the beginning. There is a mini-kitchen on each floor for the breakfast or to heat some delivery food, and a full bathroom. Fine internet quality - I had to work a little during our stay, nothing to complain about. Two lower floors don't have the view but are more spacious than the attic. Attic is more like a romantic getaway nest but our son loved it, too, the hammock especially. We've spent one night in the attic just to enjoy the view to Old Town :) Owners are very helpful, we've arrived quite late but the apartment was ready, which doesn't always work like that, from our experience :) Very pleasant stay, thanks a lot! A great place to spend time with a large company of friends - renting all three apartments at once. We're thinking about it for the future :)

It's a beautiful renovated attic in an old part of town. It is a very quiet area with a village feeling with a beautiful view. It is a few hundred metres from the old town and from hiking paths. The place is very modern, clean, very well kept and organised. The beds are comfortable. It is suitable both for holidays and working.
