The apartment resort is located in a quiet part of Riva Del Garda. The views from our apartment were just great. The kitchen in the apartment is well equipped. There is a restaurant just opposite, while a shopping centre as well as the crowded city centre are within the walking distance. The price includes an underground parking with a lift which is very convenient. The swimming pool is very attractive for children. The owners are extremely helpful and nice.

We had such a lovely stay in Riva Del Garda. The photos really don’t do justice to this lovely apartment. Good sized kitchen with a hob and stove, which we really enjoyed cooking in, clean bathroom, and a lovely bedroom with a comfy bed. It was perfect for the two of us! Other handy facilities too, with A/C, a big fridge, and a washing machine. Also, was a great location, over the road from the bus station, supermarket 5 minutes up the road, and about 10 minutes away from the main Riva Del Garda area. Alessio was such a lovely host, very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely come back and stay again!

The location is just perfect, only few steps from the main square, lots of possibilities for eating, drinks, starting point of the trips (boats - port is just around the corner, bike rental and many other water sports available just few steps). The kitchen was fully equipped, comfy sofa, TV with Netflix, elevator in the building (what is a plus as the apartment is on the 4th floor). It was a really clean apartment. We paid 10€/day for the dog.
