Cantina Alpina is amazing. It is like a mountain hut with all the luxuries you would not even expect. And the warmth of the staff is so refreshing that it makes you want come back again. The room was cozy and comfy, breakfast very good (attached photo is a view we had from the table), but make sure to order dinner, as it is an experience you must have. We travel quite a bit, but such place is a rare find nowadays, I am really happy to have stayed there. I rarely rate places 10, but this one deserves 11.

Very quaint old village with great access to the hiking trails in the valley. Wonderful old building that has been fixed up nicely but with low ceilings. One of the best meals we had in all of Italy was at the local restaurant, an easy walk across the river.
