The owners were genuinely warm and friendly. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. Views from the front balcony were amazing. Quiet location in a small village. Very bright inside. Location was convenient to visit Seceda and Alpi di Suisi. Had free indoor parking facillities. Option to have fresh bread delivered early in the morning.

A combination of location and service. The hotel is on a wonderful spot overlooking the valley over Ortisei. The view from the room was breathtaking! The outdoor swimming pool was great after a hot day in the mountains. The meals were exceptional quality and served by courteous and experienced staff. We felt like we were in a Michelin * restaurant! In the evening they lit a fire on the balcony and it was marvellous sitting by the fire looking at the stars. The staff was very kind and welcoming. We didn't have time to use all the facilities but they showed us around the sauna area and it looked amazing! We will certainly come again and next time we will go hiking with the hotel guide!

Lithuania
We had exceptional holiday in App. Cesa Vedla. The house is located almost at the end of the Bulla, meaning it's very calm area since the car road "ends" in ~150 meters from the house. So, no traffic at all. The owners were more than friendly - they not just meet us in the evening when we arrived, but explained everything about the area, places to go, eat, drink, etc. One of the days the owner took my mom and my daughter on a sightseeing trip around Bulla and by bus further to Ortisei. The girls were really happy since they were staying at home all the time while we were skiing with my wife. Everyday, before going to lifts (it's reachable by your own car in 10min or by bus - walking distance to bus station is around 10min) the owner made sure that the snowy road is cleaned and we can safely drive out from home. Moreover, the owner gave us to taste their owned made berry jam from berries, grown outside the house in the garden. The rooms are big and the bathroom was bigger than expected (not anything like usual Italian small and tiny bathrooms). We would recommend it for the skiers who doesn't want to live in busy streets, but away from the city. Of course, don't forget to take chains with you, because after snowy days it might be challenging to get there or down.

Localtion was amazing, very nice view from the balcony and overall a nice place to stay. Sauna was well maintained and very easy to use. Amenities in the apartment were all available

Amazing hotel. Great location with a wonderful panoramic view on the Ortisei city and the mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great, the food was tasty and very well presented. The spa facilities are amazing. There is an outdoor, heated pool where you can swim under the snow and enjoy in the panoramic view. Hope to come back

This hotel is absolutely one of the best I’ve ever been to. The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. They provide with breakfast and dinner buffets, which is very convinient in the mountains, they even provide with public transport tickets just in case if you are late for hotel’s shuttle. Staing there was very comfortable and we just enjoyed it without thinking of anything. Except for all facilities, spa is outstanding. All the photos will never fully give you the whole picture from the open pool. It was like a fairytale while laying there among bubbles watching the mountain, magnificent sunsets, and starts at night time. I am totally impressed with this hotel and recommend everyone to pick this very hotel for winter ski vacation! Thank you very much!!!
