Staff was really nice. Goga was very helpful and helped translate our requests in English. They had a nice activity room where we played table tennis as well. A bit far from Bakuriani centre but quite close to the cable car (which was closed when we went...) Good views from the room. Room was also very warm and cozy when we entered (the fairy lights were such a cute touch!)

There is everything you may need for a family including the laundry machine, linens, pots and pens, plates and cutlery. Location is amazing, very peaceful, big playground for kids, pretty close to the ski lifts. Place is clean inside and the common space is being well maintained and cleaned all the time. Restaurant and spa didn't function in the building, but it didn't bother us as you have everything to cook yourself, or go to a restaurant 80 meters away. Landlord was amazing, giving us an extra day free of charge that we didn't even ask for.
