A lovely clean, well maintained property in the most fantastic location, excellent for exploring the Parc National du Mercantour. The hosts were very friendly and unobtrusively on hand for any questions or assistance.
We cooked in each evening and the kitchen and kitchen equipment were perfectly adequate.
As the high mountine evenings can be cool at this time of year the wood-pellet fired stove was a real treat.

Great location, especially if you like hiking - there are lots of paths nearby and plenty of interesting villages to visit. Parking on the street outside was OK; if busy, there is a huge village car park just across the road. Property was big - lots of space to relax in and room to store clothes and equipment. Would be a good base for skiers or cyclists. We had a minor heating problem, which Remy fixed on the day we reported it. Lots of kitchen accessories, cutlery and dishes.

Hotel Genepi was really good, great location, very friendly and nice staff, excellent food. Easy to reach different parts of Parc Mercantour for trekking and mountainbiking.
