the views from the garden, particularly whilst having breakfast on the outside dining area, were fantastic and credit to the owners Annamieke and Joost for keeping it so perfect for everyone that is lucky enough to visit. I liked the location as being just outside of town you have the benefits of peace and tranquility at the end of your day, whilst still having the convenience’s close to hand. if you like birds, particularly birds of prey, then you will be lucky enough to see them whilst laying on the numerous sun lounges, as they come right overhead almost every day. I mentioned breakfast, Annamieke takes great pride, and puts a lot of effort and thought into each day’s breakfast to keep it fresh and having you guess what you will have the next day.

While the inside of the rental was perfect, we couldn't say the same about the outside. The exterior was a bit confusing, to say the least. We found ourselves wandering around, trying to locate the apartment and had to call the host for help. The apartment is inside an old hotel which is currently been renovated so a It would have been helpful if there were a sign on the door to guide us. (or mentioned on the web site) Despite the confusion we encountered with the exterior, the rental itself was a delightful place to stay. It provided all the comforts and amenities we needed, making our stay enjoyable.

Big window with a view on the forest, cozy beds upstairs. The smell of wood in the apartment was adorable. Kitchen small, but well equipped. Sadly no washing machine in the apartment or in the house. One can use the laundry service outside quite close to the house. There were plenty of books for kids and social games. We were in summer. To recommend for stay!
