Exceptionally well-managed property, the owners are present and watching all aspects of the functioning of the hotel. Rooms are beautifully decorated and maintained in a prestine way. Very good helpful staff. The shuttle bus was always availalbe as we needed it (the train station is quite far from everything in Pontresina).
