Great location for hiking: just opposite the station, so perfect for public transport connections, but super quiet! Good sized modern bedroom, small bathroom but large washbasin with plenty of space for toiletries. Loved the yellow direction signs to the different zones in the hotel, copying the yellow hiking signs :) Good food, free hotel parking spaces just across the road, friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

In Winter the Funivie del San Gottardo cable cars takes you to the wonderful ski area 2000 metres above sea level. In the Bedretto valley you can enjoy a beautiful cross-country track and there are also departure points for numerous ski tours and excursions.
