The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and filling, loved the coffee options. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The gentleman working when we arrived went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated when we needed to add a night. One of my best experiences in a hotel, and it was due to the staff's willingness to go above and beyond for their customers. Can't say enough good things. Great location - just a few steps to the train.

The views were excellent and it was conveniently located as a base to explore the Magic Pass ski areas in this region of the Valais. I think it would also be a lovely place to stay in the summer.
